General design:
We take a mix of colors and patterns such as leopard/Cheetah spots, blend in the colors and then put a glass effects over the print patterns.
Little effects:
We then add glitters, stars, heart shape icon, and other details in icons to make it sparkle.
Color gradients used:
We blend hot pink on black, pink/white fonts, pink, purple hi-lights with other colors such as red, yellow, black, white, brown..etc to give a smooth gradient of different shades of colors.
More on wallpaper: I also included flood light on wallpapers to make them more professional.
